We were appointed to manage the dilapidations process with the outgoing tenant on behalf of the Landlord. Having served the schedule, we successfully negotiated a financial settlement and were subsequently appointed to design and manage the reinstatement and repair works to the property.
On completion of the works, we worked with the Landlord’s solicitor, agent and incoming tenant’s property team to agree a Licence for Alterations documenting the tenant’s proposed fit-out and ensuring this was done in a manner that adequately protected the Landlord’s interest.
