We designed, tendered and project managed the refurbishment of 19no. kitchens and associated common parts over two separate summer holiday contracts.
Careful design, procurement and early engagement with suppliers and contractors was necessary to manage the risk of non-completion given the fixed deadline of 150no. students moving into the property at the start of the next term.
