Tenant Dilapidations Representation, Cheltenham

We were appointed to represent the tenant in end of lease dilapidations negotiations in relation to a 18,500 sq.ft industrial unit in Gloucestershire. 

Initially, we carried out a detailed review of the lease documentation, the Landlord’s Schedule of Dilapidations and conducted a thorough site visit. Having reported to the client and agreed how we would proceed, we conducted negotiations with the Landlord’s surveyor and ultimately agreed a full and final settlement at 16% of the original claim.
